The Procurement Department ("Procurement") issued Request for Proposals ("RFP") No. 7633880 on
September 19, 2017, for Stormwater Pump Station Maintenance and Repair, M-0122 for the Public
Works Department ("Public Works").
It is respectfully requested that you approve the appointment of the following individuals to serve as
members of the Evaluation Committee to evaluate and score the proposals. Each has the requisite
knowledge and experience to evaluate the proposals pursuant to the RFP.
