To Whom It May Concern:
We, the undersigned residents of Bougainvillea Road, Coconut Grove, respectfully
request that the 5 1/2 foot residential fence located at 3699 Bougainvillea Road,
which has been there since the 1970's, remain as an integral part of and is
consistent with the character of our one -block long neighborhood. It does not
obstruct any vehicular or pedestrian traffic, or utility access, is intertwined with
the existing beautiful natural landscaping and neighborhood tradition, and is
consistent with the overall character of Coconut Grove.
