City of Miami Legislation Resolution Enactment Number: R-18-0166 City Hall 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, FL 33133 www.miamigov.com File Number: 3881 Final Action Date:4/26/2018 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), SETTING THE SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR THEODORE ("TED") GUBA AS THE INDEPENDENT AUDITOR GENERAL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA FOR THE REMAINDER OF HIS TERM. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 12-0115 adopted March 22, 2012, the City Commission appointed Theodore ("Ted") Guba as the Independent Auditor General of the City of Miami, Florida ("IAG"); and WHEREAS, by Resolution No. R-16-0212 adopted April 28, 2016, the City Commission reappointed Ted Tuba to a four (4) year term as IAG effective May 7, 2016; and WHEREAS, Ted Guba's salary and benefits were set by the City Commission by Resolution No. 16-0212 unless specifically modified by the City Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to modify Ted Guba's salary and benefits as detailed in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated as is if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. Ted Guba's salary and benefits are hereby modified as detailed in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporated. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.'
