The Committee recommended that BMG make an oral presentation, as the Committee needed further clarifications on the proposal. Following evaluations, the Committee recommended BMG for negotiations. Subsequently, the Negotiations Team met with BMG on January 29, 2018 to conduct negotiations of a contract. As a result of the negotiations, BMG agreed to waive the twenty-five dollars ($25.00) application fee to each applicant who applies for a loan under the Program.
