Rezone Parcels located 1136 & 1146 N.W. 8th Avenue and 1145 & 1157 N.W.
11 St. Road (the "Property") from T6-8-L to T6-12-L.
Dear Ms. Zamora:
On behalf of UBC Miami LLC (the "Owner"), the successor owner to Omega Grid
Development (the "Applicant") and beneficiary of the present application — File No. 3517 (the
"Application"), we submit this letter to inform you of their decision to voluntarily withdraw the
Application.
The Owner acknowledges that its decision to voluntarily withdraw the application
subjects the future consideration of a similar rezoning requests to the time limitations set forth in
Section 7.1.2.8.g.6 of Miami 21, subject to the waiver of such limitations by subsequent action of
the City Commission pursuant to the authority provided in Section 7.1.2.8.g.7 of Miami 21.
In closing, we would like to thank Planning Department staff for their assistance with this
Application. Should you have any questions regarding this notice of withdrawal, please do not
