Department of Procurement ENCLOSURES:
Procurement Department issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 16-17-041 in May 31,
2017, to seek professional engineering services from a qualified firm for the purpose of planning
and developing a newly updated and comprehensive Stormwater Master Plan for City of Miami.
It is respectfully requested that you approve the following individuals as members of the
Evaluation Committee to evaluate and score the proposals. Each has the requisite knowledge
and experience to evaluate the proposals pursuant to the RFQ.
