Over the past few months, our team has met on several occasions with the City of Miami Planning Department to discuss the pending Applications. Based on initial feedback and questions received from City's Planning Staff, the Applicant's team, including Cesar Garcia -Pons, AICP, has continued to study existing conditions in the surrounding neighborhood, engaged in community outreach and coordinated preparation of additional concept drawings & renderings by Perkins + Will, demonstrating compatibility of the proposed zoning atlas & FLUM designation for the subject properties with the surrounding existing/future conditions and the transition in scale within the immediate surrounding area. Enclosed herein please find: • One (1) set of supplemental concept drawings/renderings prepared by Perkins + Will, dated October 16, 2017. • Updated executed Power of Attorney identifying Jose Felix Diaz and Wesley J. Hevia, and Steven J.
