Hannon City Clerk CIUDAD DE MIAMI, FLORIDA AVISO DE AUDIENCIA PUBLICA La Comision Municipal de la Ciudad de Miami, Florida, celebrara una audiencia publica el jueves, 22 de marzo de 2018, a las 9:00 A.M. en el Ayuntamiento de la Ciudad, situado en el 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133 con el pi oposito de conceder to siguiente: UNA RESOLUCI6N DE LA COMISI6N MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE MIAMI, AUTORIZANDO AL ADMINISTRADOR DE LA CIUDAD A CONCEDER DERECHO DE VIA ("DERECHO DE VIA"), A BELLSOUTH TELECOMMUNICATIONS, LLC, CUYO NOMBRE COMERECIAL ES AT&T FLORIDA ("AT&T"), UNA COMPANIA DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA DEL ESTADO DE GEORGIA PARA UN DERECHO DE VIA PERPETUO, NO EXCLUSIVO, DE UNA FRANJA DE APROXIMADAMENTE DIEZ (10) PIES DE ANCHO, PROPIEDAD DE LA CIUDAD, SITUADA EN EL 3500 PAN AMERICAN DRIVE, MIAMI, FLORIDA 33133, FOLIO NUMBER 01-4122- 002-0010, PARA QUE AT&T CONSTRUYA, OPERE, MANTENGA, ANADA Y/O RETIRE DICHOS SISTEMAS DE COMUNICACI6N, INSTALACIONES, GENERADORES DE RESERVA Y SISTEMAS DE SUMINISTRO DE COMBUSTIBLE COMO MEDIO DE PROVEER SERVICIO ININTERRUMPIDAMENTE DURANTE CORTES DE ENERGiA COMERCIALES CON TODO EL CABLEADO, CABLE 0 CONDUCTOS QUE DEBEN SER SOTERRADOS, CON EL DERECHO A RECONSTRUIR, MEJORAR, CAMBIAR EL VOLTAJE Y RETIRAR DICHAS INSTALACIONES O CUALQUIERA DE ELLAS DENTRO DEL DERECHO DE VIA, CON DERECHO TOTAL A ENTRAR Y SALIR DE ELLAS QUE CONTIENE, ADEMAS, UNA DISPOSICI3N QUE PERMITE REVERTIR SI EL SITIO ES ABANDONADO 0 DESCONTINUADO. La Comision Municipal de Miami solicits a todas las partes interesadas que esten presentes o representadas en Ia reunion, para que puedan ser escuchadas con respecto a cualquier proposicion ante Ia Comision Municipal en Ia cual la Comision Municipal pueda tomar medidas.
