Geotechnical Marine Corp.
The Department of General Services Administration ("GSA-) has been tasked with providing Hydro
Cartridge maintenance services and replacement parts, as a means to filter oils from its fleet vehicles, These
maintenance services were originally acquired in 2006 to fulfill the compliance requirements of Miami -
Dade County's Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM), and have continued to be a
requirement. GSA has ten (10) Hydro -Cartridge systems in the City's fleet garage which require monthly
maintenance and replacement parts on an as needed basis.
Market research was conducted by Procurement to determine the best approach to secure these services, and
it was determined that the Hydro -Cartridge sy em can only be serviced by Geotechnical Marine

Hydro -Cartridge s stem ll warranties are vide. Geotechnica[ Marine is a sole source due to its parts
