AND "DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL" TO "MEDIUM DENSITY RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL"
AS DEPICTED IN "EXHIBIT A," ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED; MAKING
FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
