HomeMy WebLinkAbout(1162) - PZAB ResolutionMiami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-16-062 File ID 1162 October 19, 2016 Item PZAB.2 Ms. Maria Beatriz Gutierrez offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING, AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, PURSUANT TO SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT PROCEDURES SUBJECT TO S. 163.3187, FLORIDA STATUTES, BY CHANGING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 28 NORTHWEST 30 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL" TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
