Consequently, you will not be able to access the amendment package and accept this amendment for additional funding in ND Grants. In order to accept your supplemental funding and submit any future amendments, as well as maintain a manual account of all activity regarding the supplemental funding, please follow the steps outlined below. 1) Reply to this email and affirm your acceptance of the revised award, referencing your corresponding "supplemental" award number. GPD will attach your acceptance email and this memo to your base award file in ND Grants. 2) Separate quarterly reports (SF425s) must be submitted in the Payment and Reporting System (PARS) for the base and supplemental awards. Only one (1) closeout must be submitted, accounting for both, the base and supplemental award amounts, combined. Upon receipt of your acceptance, your supplemental funds will be released in PARS for draw downs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and will make every effort to mitigate difficulties as they are encountered.
