GPD is unable to update your respective "base" FY 2015 Urban Search & Rescue award in the ND
Grants system to reflect the supplemental amount of $49,151 which was added as an amendment to
your award on September 30, 2016. Consequently, you will not be able to access the amendment
package and accept this amendment for additional funding in ND Grants. In order to accept your
supplemental funding and submit any future amendments, as well as maintain a manual account of
all activity regarding the supplemental funding, please follow the steps outlined below.
1) Reply to this email and affirm your acceptance of the revised award, referencing your
corresponding "supplemental" award number. GPD will attach your acceptance email and
this memo to your base award file in ND Grants.
2) Separate quarterly reports (SF425s) must be submitted in the Payment and Reporting
System (PARS) for the base and supplemental awards.
Only one (1) closeout must be submitted, accounting for both, the base and supplemental award
amounts, combined. Upon receipt of your acceptance, your supplemental funds will be released in
PARS for draw downs.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and will make every effort to mitigate
difficulties as they are encountered. If you have any questions or require additional clarification,
please contact Tawana Mack, Grant Programs Directorate, at Tawana.Mick@fema.dhs.gov and
Catherine Deel, US&R Branch, at Catherine.Deel fema.dhs.gov.
