RECOMMENDATION:
Based on the findings below, the Procurement Department ("Procurement") hereby recommends
award for Indoor Firearm Range Decontamination, Disposal and Maintenance. to Decon
Environmental & Engineering. Inc., the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, per bid
specifications, in the aggregate.

BACKGROUND:
On July 26, 2017. Procurement issued IFB No 676380, under full and open competition. As
required by Inc Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued online. Two (2) bids were
received and tabulated following the guidelines in the IFB; all bids were responsive.
Procurement recommends the services be awarded to Decon Environmental & Engineering, Inc.,
the lowest responsive and resp sibie •adder, per bid specifications, in the aggregate.
