TROLLEY SERVICE; AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF THE CITY'S REQUIRED
MATCHING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $400,000.00 FROM THE CITY'S SHARE OF
THE TRANSIT SURTAX.
