RECOMMENDATION:
Based on the findings below, the Procurement Department (Procurement) hereby recommends
award for Boat 'Maintenance, Repairs, Parts, and Related Services, to Eric's Outboard Marine
Services, Inc. and Rf11K Merrill Stevens LLC, the lowest responsive and responsible bidders, per
bid specifications.

BACKGROUND:
On May 16, 2017, Procurement issued IFB No. 693332, under full and open competition. As
required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued online. Two (2) bids were
received and tabulated following the guidelines directed in the IFB; al! bids were responsive.
Procurement is recommending award of Groups 1-3 to Eric's Outboard Marine Services, Inc.,
and Groups 4-5 to RMK Merrill Stevens LLC, the lowest responsive and responsible bidders, per
bid specifications.
