HomeMy WebLinkAbout(1487) - PZAB ResolutionMiami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-17-002 File ID 1487 January 18, 2017 Item PZAB.3 Ms. Maria Lievano-Cruz offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WITH CONDITION(S) TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION OF THE CLOSURE, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE, A PORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY, LOCATED AT 348 NORTHEAST 20 TERRACE AS LISTED IN SECTION 55-15 (C), OF THE MIAMI CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES MIAMI, FLORIDA.
