Ms. Maria Beatriz Gutierrez offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WITH CONDITION(S) TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION
AMENDING CHAPTER 62/ARTICLE XII!IDIVISION 5 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "PLANNING AND ZONING/PLANNING AND ZONING
APPROVAL FOR TEMPORARY USES AND OCCUPANCIES; PERMIT REQUIRED/MURALS"
BY AMENDING THE CITY OF MIAMI MURAL GEOGRAPHICAL AREA TO EXCLUDE A
PORTION OF THE DESIGN DISTRICT AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "B", ATTACHED AND
INCORPORATED; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
Upon being seconded by Mr. Juvenal Pina the motion passed and was adopted by a vote of 6-

CONDITION(S):
1. As a condition of its recommendation for approval, the Planning,
Zoning and Appeals Board recommends that the boundary map
known as Exhibit "B" be modified to further exclude the property
located at 100 NE 38 Street from within the boundary.
