Ms. Maria Lievano-Cruz offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS
OF ORDINANCE NO, 13114, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM T6-12-L TO
T6-12-0, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3701 AND 3737 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD
AND 306 AND 316 NORTHEAST 38TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Upon being seconded by Ms. Jennifer Ocana Barnes, the motion passed and was adopted by a vote of
