A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE EDUCATION ADVISORY BOARD FOR A TERM AS
DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Education
Advisory Board, to serve for a term ending July 13, 2021, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
