City pays 100% of premium 2X Annual Salary In the event that a disability plan is offered to other City executives, The CIP Executive Director will be provided a similar benefit. Leave Time Vacation Sick Holiday 21 days per year 12 days per year 11 days per year COLA Same as granted to the members of the classified or unclassified service, whichever is higher.
