HIAWATHA VILLAGE AGREEMENT
The following agreement between GC Homes, Inc. (the "Developer") and
the neighbors of West Glencoe Street (the "Neighbors") is entered into
in connection with the approval of a Major Use Special Permit ("MUSP")
for the proposed Hiawatha Village Project (the "Project"). The
Neighbors agree to support the Project including the proposed Variance
if the Developer agrees that the following conditions be part of the
MUSP approval:
1. Developer agrees to build the project according to the revised
plans on file having the modified configuration of 3 single family
homes rather than 5 town homes along West Glencoe Street. (In the event
the variance is not granted, the 5 town homes will be substituted for
the 3 single family homes)

2. No construction activity including, staging, concrete pours,
deliveries and the like shall occur on West Glencoe Street until the
homes on West Glencoe Street are complete.
