HomeMy WebLinkAbout(1672) - PZAB ResolutionMiami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-17-028 File ID 1672 April 19, 2017 Item PZAB.2 Mr. Anthony Parrish offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 13114, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "T4-O" GENERAL URBAN TRANSECT- OPEN, TO "T5-O" URBAN CENTER TRANSECT- OPEN, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2950 NORTHWEST 7 AVENUE; AND ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "T4-R" GENERAL URBAN TRANSECT ZONE- RESTRICTED, TO "T5-R" URBAN CENTER TRANSECT ZONE- RESTRICTED, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 720, 730, 744 NORTHWEST 30 STREET, AND 735 NORTHWEST 29 TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE, Upon being seconded by Ms. Melody L.
