In accordance with Florida's Resign -to -Run law, section 99.012, Florida Statutes, and the
Charter of the City of Miami, this letter is my irrevocable resignation from the office of Miami
City Commissioner, District 4.
This resignation shall take effect immediately. I am resigning early with the intent of
saving the City the expense of a special election.
