REQUIRE ALL CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS TO BE FILED ELECTRONICALLY AS
AUTHORIZED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 106, FLORIDA STATUTES, TO ESTABLISH
PENALTIES, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ELECTRONIC POSTING OF REPORTS, AND TO
PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THOSE SUBJECT TO THE ELECTRONIC
FILING REQUIREMENT; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
