HomeMy WebLinkAbout(1920) - PZAB Resolution, 01R Miami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-17-029 File ID 1920 April 19, 2017 Item PZAB.3 Ms. Maria Lievano-Cruz offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WITH CONDITION(S) TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION OF THE CLOSURE, VACATING, ABANDONING, AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE OF A PORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY LOCATED ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF NORTHEAST 4 AVENUE BETWEEN NORTHEAST 30 TERRACE AND NORTHEAST 31 STREET PURSUANT TO THE CRITERIA LISTED IN SECTION 55-15 (C) OF CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED..
