AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. B-30637A, WHICH RUNS
ALONG SOUTH MIAMI AVENUE FROM SOUTHWEST/SOUTHEAST 12 STREET TO
SOUTHWEST/SOUTHEAST 10 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; SUCH TERMINATION
BEING EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON SIGNATURE BY BOTH THE CITY AND THE
COUNTY.
