Mr. David Freedman offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI HISTORIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION
BOARD DENYING AN APPLICATION FOR A SPECIAL CERTIFICATE OF
APPROPRIATENESS FOR DEMOLITION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A STRUCTURE
LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 956 SOUTHWEST 3RD STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA,
WITHIN THE RIVERVIEW HISTORIC DISTRICT.
Upon being seconded by Mr. Hugh Ryan the motion passed and was adopted by a vote of 5-0:
