Torrens offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION OF THE CLOSURE, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE, A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET, LOCATED AT NORTHWEST 18 STREET -END, EAST OF NORTHWEST 7 AVENUE, AS LISTED IN SECTION 55-15 (C), OF THE MIAMI CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES MIAMI,, FLORIDA.
