Ms. Melody L. Torrens offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD, WITH
ATTACHMENT(S), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CLOSURE, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE, A PORTION OF A
PUBLIC STREET, LOCATED AT NORTHWEST 18 STREET -END, EAST OF NORTHWEST 7 AVENUE,
AS LISTED IN SECTION 55-15 (C), OF THE MIAMI CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES MIAMI,, FLORIDA.
Upon being seconded by Ms. Maria Beatriz Gutierrez the motion passed and was adopted by a
vote of 10-0:

Lots 1 through 4, inclusive, Block 6, ROBERT AND GRENTNER ADDITION, according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 56, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade
County, Florida, less the west 5 feet thereof.

CONDITION(S)
1. The applicant or their successor shall comply with the conditions of approval stated for the
Life Science Technology Park Plat #1861 , in a letter dated October 31, 2016, issued by the
Department of Public Works.
2. The applicant or their successor shall comply with all development standards identified in
Miami 21 Code and all applicable Local, State and Federal regulations.
