Ms. Maria Beatriz Gutierrez offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING
DENIAL OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 13114, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "T6-8-R" TO "T6-48a-O", FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 240 SOUTHEAST 14TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Upon being seconded by Dr. Ernest Martin, the motion passed and was adopted by a vote of 7-4:
