I read the ordinance and support the legislation because: 1) Any parking structure shall conform to the form based standard of the T3 2) The proposal legislation will be between SW 27 Ave and SW 13th Ave (my house is on SW 14th Ave) so it will bring a much needed influx of investment to the area and will encourage additional redevelopment along Coral Way. 3) It will be beneficial for both residents and business owners, as it will increase property values and bring more residents to the community to support local businesses. I fully support the ordinance to improve the area and believe it will be a beneficial legislation to the neighborhood.
