The public hearing has been scheduled for February 23, 2017 Approved: Anna Medina, Agenda Coordinator cc: Dr. Lydia Osborne, CPPO, CPPB, Assistant Director, Procurement Pea-1 Betel, Senior Procurement Contracting Manager Attachment Date: / -30/I7 Page l of 1 CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Thursday, March 9, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the provision of StormSoft Mooring System and Components for the Department of Real Estate Management & Asset Management (DREAM), at an estimated amount of $50,000 annually, from American Underwater Contractors, Inc. sole source provider for StormSoft Mooring Systems and Components, located at 17536 S.E. Conch Bar Avenue, Tequesta, FL 33469. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Victoria Giraldo, Procurement Contracting Officer, at the City of Miami Procurement Department at (305) 416-1916. The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City Clerk at (305) 250-5361 (Voice) no later than five (5) business days prior to the proceeding.
