Ms. Maria Lievano-Cruz offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION OF AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 13114,
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE 5, SECTION
5.6.1, SUBSECTION G, ENTITLED "BUILDING DISPOSITION (T6)" TO ALLOW PROPERTIES IN T6-24
TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EXISTING PROVISIONS ALLOWING PROPERTIES IN T6-36 AND ABOVE
TO HAVE NO FRONTAGE SETBACKS ABOVE THE EIGHTH FLOOR FOR A FRONTAGE FACING A
CIVIC SPACE OR RIGHT OF WAY SEVENTY FEET OR GREATER IN WIDTH; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Upon being seconded by Mr. Adam Gersten the motion passed and was adopted by a vote of
10-0:
