CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Miami City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 9, 2017, to consider the award of an agreement, in the amount of $94,452.00, to the Foundation of Community Assistance and Leadership, Inc., a Florida not -for -profit corporation (FOCAL), for the 2016-2031 contract period, for the provision of after school tutoring, counseling, and computer educational services for at risk youth at the City of Miami's Moore Park, and to consider the City Manager's recommendation and finding that competitive negotiation methods are not practicable or advantageous regarding these issues.
