HomeMy WebLinkAbout(1281) - HEPB ResolutionFile ID 1281 Miami Historic and Environmental Preservation Board Resolution: HEPB-R-16-062 November 1, 2016 Item HEPB.6 Ms. Lynn Lewis offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI HISTORIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION BOARD APPROVING, WITH CONDITIONS, (EXHIBIT "A"), AN APPLICATION FOR A WAIVER FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1) WAIVER OF THE UNDERLYING ZONING DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS; 2) WAIVER PURSUANT TO SECTION 7.1.2.5(A)(4) OF MIAMI 21, TO PERMIT PARKING FACILITIES ON ADJOINING LOTS WITH SHARED ACCESS POINTS AND DRIVEWAY; 3) WAIVER PURSUANT TO APPENDIX A, SECTION 3.6(G)(1) OF MIAMI 21, REQUESTING A REDUCTION IN THE SIZE OF A BUILDING SITE; 4) PURSUANT TO APPENDIX A, SECTION 3.6(I)(1) OF MIAMI 21, REQUESTING A REDUCTION OF 12% OF THE MINIMUM LOT WIDTH TO PERMIT A LOT OF 88 FEET 9 INCHES FOR EACH BUILDING SITE AT THE PROPERTY; 5) PURSUANT TO APPENDIX A, SECTION 3.6(H), THE OWNER REQUESTING A 10% REDUCTION OF THE REQUIRED SIDE SETBACKS FOR THE SECOND -STORY, FROM 35 FEET 0 INCHES TO 31 FEET, 6 INCHES, LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3701 PARK AVENUE. That this board will seek and obtain the written recommendation and live testimony of the Planning Director with regard to the issue of reduction in the size of the building site. 2. This resolution will automatically void if this board fails to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for the new construction and or Certificate of Appropriateness for demolition.
