Miami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-16-077 File ID 1210 November 2, 2016 Item PZAB.8 Ms. Maria Beatriz Gutierrez offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WITH CONDITION(S) TO THE CITY COMMISSION A CLOSURE, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE, A PORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY, LOCATED EAST OF NORTHEAST 4 AVENUE, AND BETWEEN NORTHEAST 29 STREET AND NORTHEAST 29 TERRACE AS LISTED IN SECTION 55-15 (C), OF THE MIAMI CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES MIAMI, FLORIDA.
