Ms. Maria Beatriz Gutierrez offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD, WITH
ATTACHMENT(S), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WITH CONDITION(S) TO THE CITY
COMMISSION A CLOSURE, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC
USE, A PORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY, LOCATED EAST OF NORTHEAST 4 AVENUE, AND
BETWEEN NORTHEAST 29 STREET AND NORTHEAST 29 TERRACE AS LISTED IN
SECTION 55-15 (C), OF THE MIAMI CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES MIAMI, FLORIDA.
Upon being seconded by Ms. Maria Lievano-Cruz the motion passed and was adopted by a
vote of 9-0:

Condition(s):
1. The applicant or their successor shall comply with the conditions of approval stated for
the AR Edgewater Tentative Plat #1871, in a letter dated December 11, 2015 issued by
the Department of Public Works.
2. The applicant or their successor shall comply with all development standards identified
in Miami 21 Code and all applicable Local, State and Federal regulations.

Legal Description:

Miami -Dade County, Florida.
AND
All portions of a 10 feet alley being in Block 9 of "BROADMOOR", according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 37, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County,
Florida.
AND
