Medina, Agenda Coordinator AB:HM:IT CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on January 26th, 2017, at 9:00 A.M. at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of granting the following: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, DECLARING SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED ("DEED"), CONVEYING TO MIAMI-DADE COUNTY C/O PUBLIC HEALTH TRUST OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA ("COUNTY"), CITY -OWNED PRIVATE DRIVE, KNOWN AS NORTHWEST 19TH STREET ("PROPERTY"), CONTAINING A RESERVATION OF EASEMENT AND A REVERTER PROVISION WITH TERMS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN SAID DEED. FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE NECESSARY TO CONSUMMATE SUCH CONVEYANCE, WHICH TERMS MAY BE AMENDED BY THE CITY MANAGER AS MAY BE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO MEET THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY OF MIAMI ("CITY"). The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
