XVI of the City Code, as applicable, except as may be explicitly incorporated, or incorporated by reference, within subsequently adopted regulations after approval by City Commission. As long as it is in existence, the Wynwood Design Review Committee (WDRC) may propose public Art regulations, such as but not limited to the applicability of Art requirements, criteria for review and placement of Art, and Rpublic Aart Gguidelines, for development of private properties located within the boundaries of the NRD-1 which may be incorporated in the Public Art Master Plan and shall be known as the "Wynwood Public Art Requirements Regulations" which shall be approved by the City Commission upon a recommendation of the Director in consultation with the AIPPB as the applicable regulations for public art within the NRD-1.
