We the homeowners and citizens surrounding the area of the property located at 2400 N.W. 17th avenue have gathered together in opposition and against the plan to build a Sedanos Supermarket on the property of 1665 N.W. 24th street and the rezonification of the houses adjacent to the property 1546 N.W. 26th street and 1547 N.W. 24th street to commercial properties. We are concerned that if these properties are rezonified than almost half of the block will be commercialized , therefore that will bring a high volume of traffic , commercial vehicles and diminish the tranquility of the area. There will be a hearing on October 27, 2016 at 2:00pm . Below are the names , addresses and signatures of the residents of the surrounding area that ask this petition to be presented the day of the hearing in their absence .
