the purpose of granting to Miami -Dade County Water and Sewer Department, a perpetual, non-exclusive easement of
approximately eight hundred forty one (841) square feet, of City -owned property located at Woodson Mini Park, 699 NE
36th Street, Miami, FL 33137, Folio number 01-3219-000-0010.
Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City Commission.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on November 17t"
2016, at 9:00 A.M. at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose
of granting the following:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT, TO MIAMI-DADE WATER AND
SEWER DEPARTMENT, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA,
FOR A PERPETUAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OF APPROXIMATELY EIGHT
HUNDRED FORTY ONE (841) SQUARE FEET, OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY
LOCATED AT WOODSON MINI PARK, 699 NE 36TH STREET, MIAMI, FL 33137,
FOLIO NUMBER 01-3219-000-0010, TO CONSTRUCT, INSTALL, OPERATE AND
MAINTAIN WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES, WITH THE RIGHT TO
RECONSTRUCT, IMPROVE, CHANGE, AND REMOVE ALL OR ANY OF THE
FACILITIES WITHIN THE EASEMENT, WITH THE FULL RIGHT OF INGRESS
THERETO AND EGRESS THEREFROM; FURTHER CONTAINING A REVERTER
PROVISION IF THE EASEMENT IS ABANDONED OR DISCONTINUED.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the meeting
and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City
Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission
with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim
record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be
based (F.S. 286.0105).
