A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT FROM
TIGERVEST N.V. AND PACIFIC NATIONAL BANK ("GRANTORS"), FOR NON-
EXCLUSIVE PUBLIC ACCESS AND UTILITY SERVICES THROUGH THE
GRANTORS' PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN BRICKELL AVENUE AND
SOUTH MIAMI AVENUE, AND FROM SOUTHEAST 13 STREET TO
SOUTHEAST 14 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF PUBLIC ACCESS AND UTILITY
EASEMENT, IN SUBSTANTIALLY THE ATTACHED FORM, FOR SAID
PURPOSE.
WHEREAS, the purpose of the plat of CENTER BRICKELL SUBDIVISION is the
vacation and closure of the alley located between Brickell Avenue and South Miami Avenue
from Southeast 13 Street to Southeast 14 Street, Miami, Florida; and
WHEREAS, a condition of the approval of said alley vacation and closure by the Plat
and Street Committee at its special meeting on April 3, 2014 is the granting of an access and
utility easement to the City by separate instrument on the footprint of the former alley with any
development of said plat coordinated to avoid creating a "dead end" access; and
WHEREAS, Tigervest N.V. and Pacific National Bank ("Grantors") desire to grant to the
City of Miami ("City") a public access and utility easement in, over, upon, across, and through a
portion of their property located between Brickell Avenue and South Miami Avenue, from
Southeast 13 Street to Southeast 14 Street, Miami, Florida ("Property");
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are
adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. A Grant of Public Access and Utility Easement from the Grantors is accepted
for non-exclusive public access and utility services through the Grantors' Property.
Section 3. The City Manager is authorized' and directed to execute a Grant of Public
Access and Utility Easement, in substantially the attached form, for said purpose.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and

from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this resolution, it shall become effective
immediately upon override of the veto by the City of Miami Commission.
