Ms. Maria Lievano-Cruz offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION,
WITH ATTACHMENT(S), AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE FUTURE
LAND USE MAP OF THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, PURSUANT
TO SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT PROCEDURES SUBJECT TO §163.3187, FLORIDA
STATUTES, BY CHANGING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE ACREAGE
DESCRIBED HEREIN OF REAL PROPERTIES AT APPROXIMATELY 5434 NORTHEAST
MIAMI COURT AND 3 NORTHEAST 54 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "MEDIUM
DENSITY MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL" TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL"; MAKING
FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Upon being seconded by Mr. Adam Gersten the motion passed and was adopted by a vote of 5-
2:

circular curve with radius of 1180.92 feet for an Arc of
3.39 feet to the point of reverse curvature of a circular
curve concave to the Northeast; thence run Northwesterly
along the Arc of said curvature with a radius of 1110.92
feet for on Arc of 33.98 feet to a point. said point been
the SW Corner of Parcel with Folio No:
01-3113-032-0130; thence run East along the South
property line of said property for a distance of 134.50
feet to the point beginning. Containing 11.385.95 square feet,
more or less by calculations.
