These documents include but are not limited to: Tree Disposition Plan; Tree Survey; Site Plan and Replacement Plan. For an appointment, please call at (305) 416-1551. This Intended Decision may be appealed by filing a written notice of appeal to the preservation officer within ten (10) calendar days after the date of the intended decision. The notice of appeal shall include the decision appealed from and the reasons or grounds for the appeal along with payment of any applicable fees.
