On the 17th day of November, 2016, the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
met at its regular meeting place in City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida,
in regular session. The Commission Meeting was called to order by Chair Hardemon at
2:14 p.m., recessed at 2:20 p.m., reconvened at 3:30 p.m., and adjourned at 5:07p.m.
Note for the Record: Commissioner Suarez entered the Commission chambers at 3:42
p.m. and Commissioner Carollo entered the Commission chambers at 4:27p.m.
