Wenski, Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Miami, and Corpus Christi Catholic Church, I am pleased to submit the Application for Vacation and Closure of Right -of -Way referred to as a portion of NW 7tl' Court directly north of NW 32nd Street. The legal description of the Right -of -Way area and depiction on the Boundary Survey for Tentative Plat is attached as Exhibit "A" hereto (the "Right -of -Way"). The vacation and closure of the Right - of -Way is a Public Works condition for final Plat approval. The Right -of -Way is wholly contained within property owned by the Archbishop and is vacant land. The Church intends to incorporate it into the open space and play area for the Church and School. The Right -of -Way is already vacated to the north and south of NW 32 Street is completely developed. It is our understanding there are no plans to build out the Right -of -Way area. We respectfully request the City's approval of the Application. This application is intended to serve as a guide in assisting you with our public hearing process. Please feel free to contact us, should you have any questions. The deadline to file the complete application with supporting documents is the last five working days of each month from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm, except on the fifth day, until 12:00 pm. The application submittal date is the date stamped by Hearing Boards' staff on this page. The responses to this application must be typed and signed In black ink. All pertinent and accurate information/documentation; i.e., the plans, reports, exhibits, shall be presented at the time of filing, in addition to the paid receipt.
