NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COMMISSION MEETING
Pursuant to Resolution R-16-0304, adopted on June 23, 2016, a special meeting of the Miami
City Commission will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., at Miami City Hall
located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida. The purpose of this meeting is to hold
two (2) separate private attorney -client sessions conducted under the parameters of Section
286.011(8), Florida Statutes, in addition to taking any and all actions resulting from the private
attorney -client sessions. No business shall be conducted or a vote taken at a special City
Commission meeting on business other than the subject for which the special meeting is called.
The person chairing the Special City Commission meeting will announce the commencement
of each attorney -client session, closed to the public, for the purpose of discussing the pending
litigation matter. Upon conclusion of each attorney -client session, the meeting will be reopened
and the person chairing the meeting will announce the termination of each attorney -client
session. After the termination of both attorney -client sessions, the City Commission may take
any and all actions resulting from the attorney -client sessions.
Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any
matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of
the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be
based (FS. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special

Municipal de la Ciudad de Miami realizara una reunion especial el rniercoles 13 de julio
de 2016, en el ayuntamiento de la Ciudad de Miami, situado en el 3500 Pan American
Drive, Miami, Florida. EI proposito de esta reunion es celebrar dos (2) sesiones separadas de
abogado-cliente realizadas segun los parametros de la Seccion 286.01118) de los Estatutos de
la Florida, edemas de tomer cualquier decision que resulte de las sesiones privadas de

Pursuant to Resolution R-16-0304, adopted on June 23, 2016, a special meeting of the Miami
City Commission will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., at Miami City Hall
