GENERAL BY AMENDING SECTION 13-16 ENTITLED "ADMINISTRATIVE
PROCEDURES FOR PETITIONS FOR IMPACT FEE DETERMINATIONS
AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND WORKFORCE HOUSING DEFERRALS,
REFUNDS AND CREDITS" TO SUBSTITUTE REFERENCES TO THE "CHIEF
OF OPERATIONS" WITH "CITY MANAGER'S DESIGNEE"; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE
DATE.
Said proposed ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of
the City Clerk, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.,

28, 2016 at 9:00 AM, to consider the award of a contract to the non-profit
organization listed below through Anti -Poverty grant funds from the District
5 share of the City of Miami's Anti -Poverty Initiative Program. Kitchen
Incubator are shared commercial kitchen space for a new business to still
create its products for a lower costs than the cost of having its own
commercial kitchen space, and to consider the City Manager's
recommendations and finding that competitive negotiation methods are
not practicable or advantageous regarding these issues:
• Kitchen Incubator- For eligible City residents/businesses - Martin
Luther King Economic Development Corporation, Inc.
