PZ.9 on 09/24/2015, City Clerk I am replying to the announcement that the permit for creating a three story parking garage is being sought for 1301 SW 22 Terrace. I am in favor of this project. I think,this' is an excellent precedent and'will fit with the progress which is being made on Coral Way. We all know that from the Five Corners (at l2th Avenue and -SW 3rd Av.) westward, many of the blocks have had the south side of the block facing coral Way built with parking garages, or parking Lots. In some cases, whole buildings extend to 22 terrace, as at from 32nd to 37th Avenues.. This progress is what is making the city of Miami a world power and keeping the economy growing vigorously to create jobs and increasing income.. This area was very retrograde and full of antiquated buildings with small shops. Now a series of multi story buildings, which have created a much different and improved Coral Way have occurred so that it can return to its original purpose the channel between the Coral Gables businesses that that of Downtown/Brickell areas. I am in favor of this and will support such zoning. I.live adjacent to this property,, fiveparcels to the west. My neighbors also support this project when I speak with them.
