My name is Glenn Patron. I live at 4050 Ventura ave. Coconut Grove
I am here as Miami citizen to comment on PH-3 because I am concerned about the City's lack of observance of its
own laws and regulations .
would like to start by thanking you gentlemen.
When 1 was here two weeks ago I asked for your help getting an answer to my 5 months of inquiring about
zoning the irregularities at 4039 Ventura ave. Soon after the office of Mr Cejas office answered, confirming their
error in this case of lot splitting without a hearing.
But today we are here to look at the process of platting of Battersea Woods.
According to Miami 21 section 7 titled " Zoning Interpretation " Paragraph 2 says:.
An appeal of a zoning interpretation, if sought, shall be de novo and presented to the Planning, Zoning and
Appeals Board
The appeal shall be filed with the Hearing Board's Office.
Perhaps you can again help me by showing me where there is provision in this code for the City Attorney to
intervene?? In fact among the 20 pages that deal with the the permitting process, decisions, appeals etc. there is
barely any reference to the office of City Attorney.
