INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY
BOARD FORATERMAS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Board, to serve for a term ending September 8, 2018, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
