HomeMy WebLinkAboutExhibitEXHIBIT A: City of Miami Rezoning Proposal: T6-8 0 to T6-12 0 (File ID. 16-00653zc) The following properties indicated in the attached graphic are currently proposed to be rezoned from their current designation of T6-8 0; Urban Core (Open) Transect Zone to T6-12 0; Urban Core (Open) Transect Zone_ The differences between these two designations are as follows: T6-8: eight (8) Story maximum, bonus to twelve (12) Stories, FLR 5,- bonus ofiwenty-five percent (25%). T6-12: twelve (12) Story maximum, bonus to twenty (20) Stories, FLR 8, bonus of thirty percent (30%). The current future land use designation of these properties is Restricted Commercial with a maximum density of 150 dwelling units per acre. The future land use designation will remain the same under the proposed rezoning to T6-12 O. The area under consideration is approximately 18 acres (+1-), and is generally bounded by NW 15`" Street Road and NW 14m Street to the North; NW North River Drive to the South; NW 14th Avenue to the East; and NW 15th & NW 17th Avenues to the West.
